I can't login. What do I do?

If you are having trouble logging into CommonGround, please check the following:

  1. Ensure that you're using the correct site.
    1. If you are trying to access the live CommonGround site, please use my.personalmedicine.org.
    2. If you are trying to access the training CommonGround site, please use training.personalmedicine.org.
  2. Ensure that the Caps Lock key is not enabled.
  3. Ensure you are using the correct login. Depending on how your account was created by your organization's CommonGround administrator, this may be the email address or your organization's assigned username.
  4. Ensure that you typing in your password correctly. Take care to note any uppercase or lowercase letters as they are considered distinct characters for your password.

If you forgot your login or password, or you never received them, please contact your organization's CommonGround Clinic Admin, and/or Decision Support Center Staff.
