Are there things we shouldn’t talk about?

  • Protected health information: it’s ok to share a challenge one of the folks you are working with may be having, but we want to be sure to protect them by not sharing any names or other identifying information
  • HR issues: we know that sometimes there are internal issues with other staff and even clients. In these situations, we feel it is most appropriate to address the issue directly with your supervisor or contact your HR department
