How fo I use the Fidelity Review statistics?

The Fidelity Review statistics feature is available to Clinic Admin user types only.  You are able to access the Fidelity Review feature by clicking on “Statistics” and then “Fidelity Review”

With this feature, you are able to “fetch” random samples to conduct your fidelity review.  Please note: Completing this action will bring up PHI. You will want to protect this information.

You are able to filter for a specific date range using the calendar picker

Select to display 5, 10, or 25 examples at a time. 

You are able to view random samples of Personal Medicine, Power Statements, and Shared Decisions entered into CommonGround.

Use the fidelity standards included on this page to review the samples for fidelity. Then, calculate the percentage of Personal Medicines entered which are meeting fidelity. This will give you your fidelity score in each of these areas.
