What is the Shared Decisions by Medical Staff report?

This report provides a method to track the number of shared decisions entered by medical staffs on a weekly basis.  The information includes a total number of staff members with the permission to enter shared decisions, the ability to download the information as a .csv file, the option to change which week to review (selecting any day within a week will show information for all of that week), and the ability to sort the information alphabetically or numerically.
