What is the Staff Logins Report?

Under the "Administration" button, the Staff Logins report allows Clinic Admins to see the login activity for staff enrolled in CommonGround. The options for this report include:

  • Choosing a date range
  • Sorting by staff name (alphabetically by last name)
  • Sorting by number of logins
  • Downloading the information as a .csv file

You can also drill down to more information by clicking the arrow preceding the staff name. This will allow you to see the specific dates the staff member logged in and logged out, as well as the duration.
