How do I export a report?

Some programs save the completed Health Report and Shared Decisions and attach them as .pdf files in the EHR/EMR.

Other programs use the Export tab and the top of the Health Report. 

The export function creates a text-only version of the CommonGround Health Report for inclusion in an electronic medical record or other electronic formats. This one-step process allows the entire report to be copied and pasted into any open text field or document simply by clicking on the “Copy the Report” button.
