How do I export a report?

Some programs safe the completed Health Report and Shared Decisions and attach them as .pdf files in the EHR/EMR.

Other programs use the Export tab and the top of the Health Report. 

The export function creates a text-only version of the CommonGround Health Report for inclusion in an electronic medical record or other electronic formats. This one-step process allows the entire report to be copied and pasted into any open text field or document, simply by clicking on the “Copy the Report” button.  Alternately, some sites are printing an extra copy of the client report for inclusion in the medical record.
