What is the medications tab at the top of a Health Report?

The Medications tab opens an optional - though highly recommended - page for the medical practitioner to complete. This page maintains a history of the medications a client has been prescribed since beginning their use of the CommonGround program.  This is not a prescribing list but is intended to be an aid to the client and medical staff when reviewing medications. This list also populates the CommonGround survey, allowing the client to answer questions about how they are using their medications.
