Can I enter a shared decision in an incomplete report?

 Incomplete reports contain valuable information. Even a few answers can be very useful in the medication consultation and should be reviewed and shared with the team. Also, it’s important to remember that a shared decision can and should be entered for ALL complete and incomplete reports. Just because an individual only answered some of the survey questions does not mean they shouldn’t engage in the shared decision-making process.
