How do I customize a question?

SPECIAL NOTE: The function “Customizing Questions” is primarily available to Clinic Admin and Med Staff users groups. This function can be added to other user groups if your program would prefer other user groups to be able to work with individuals on this. If your program would like to add this function to a different user group, click on the Feedback button to send us a request to add Customizing Questions to another user group. Customized questions should only be completed following consultation with the individual and their treatment team.

In the CommonGround survey, 15 out of 17 questions in the "How I Am Doing" section are customizable. Meaning, they are able to be edited or replaced. 

The customization of questions is an advanced feature in CommonGround and should be used only after careful consultation between the client and the staff member implementing the change. Use the Customizing Questions Learning Track and Worksheet to walk through the process.
