My Customized Questions

In the CommonGround survey, 15 out of 17 questions in the "How I Am Doing" section are customizable. Meaning, they are able to be edited or replaced. 

Clients can view any customized questions by clicking on "My Customized Questions" from the left-hand side navigation buttons.

If any questions have been customized, they will show up here.

Customizing Questions is an advanced feature of CommonGround and should be used only after careful consultation between a client and the staff member they are working with. Various staff members can be given the permission (within the CommonGround program) to assist a client in creating a customized question, which is then entered from a staff page. 

The link from the client page shows only which customized questions have been created. The process for customizing a question can be found in the Customizing Questions Learning Track.
