My Graph History

“ My Graph History” gives clients the opportunity to learn more about their recovery journey by looking back at the story they have created through repeated use of CommonGround. By selecting answers from their Health Report and comparing them to each other, clients can look for patterns and learn about their recovery over time. 

Clients can access graphing by clicking on " My Graph History" by the left-hand side navigation buttons.

Staff can access graphing by searching for the user in the Users page. Then, click on the drop-down arrow next to the client's name and select "Graph History".



Using the Graph function:

Choose a time period to explore.



Click on the drop-down menus to view items that are available to graph. These can be from the "How I Am Doing" scale, any custom questions which have been entered, how someone is using their pill medicine or Personal Medicine, or responses in the MyWellness section.

Select any of these items to see the graph of responses over time. 

You can select up to 3 items to graph at a time. Press the “compare” button to make the graphs overlap.



Some items create “yes/no” graphs, instead of line graphs.  "Yes" responses are indicated in green, and "no" is displayed as red. When comparing a “yes/no” graph to a line graph, it can be helpful to read down the columns.
