My Privacy

By selecting the “My Privacy” button, a person enrolled in CommonGround as a client is able to see who has been interacting with their report or other information within the program.

In the spirit of transparency, this feature tracks when changes or updates are made to Personal Medicine, Power Statements, and My Medicine. The feature also tracks who views Health Reports and enters a Shared Decision.

Within the My Privacy feature, the person is able to see the names of staff members who have interacted with their information, what action level of interaction took place, and when the interaction occurred.
Individuals can filter for a specific date range. Then, they can click on a staff member's name to see more information about the various views and activities that staff member performed in CommonGround on behalf of the client.
