My Past Reports
Over time, as individuals use CommonGround, they create a record – or story – about their recovery journey. Looking at and comparing past reports can be beneficial in many ways.
The past reports page displays three important pieces of information:
- The date of the completed report – reflects the chronological order of the reports
- The status of the completed report - indicates whether or not a report was complete or incomplete
- The text of the shared decision. If no shared decision was completed during the medication consultation, then the report will read ‘No Shared Decision’.
Client Access
Clients can access their past reports from the "My Past Reports" left-hand side navigation button.
Staff Access
Staff can access past reports by searching for the user in the Users page. Then, click on the drop-down arrow next to the client's name and select "Past Reports".
