Exiting a Health Report
A person can choose to exit their Health Report at any time during the survey by clicking the blue "
Exit" option.
If an individual is unable to complete the health report in the allotted time, they have two options for exiting the report:
I want to continue my report later
This option allows for the report to be saved “
in progress” and individuals can return to their report at any time that day and pick-up where they left off.
I want to end my report now
Selecting this option will bring individuals directly to the "My Goal for Today’s Appointment" section of the report, bypassing all other unanswered sections. Individuals will have to select their goals before the report is finished.
