How do I search for a user?
SPECIAL NOTE: The function “User Search” is used by All Staff users.
Search by name
Clicking on the “ Users” navigation button will bring you to the Users Page. You can search for a specific user by entering a person’s name or a portion of their name and then clicking on “Search”. This will bring up a listing of users.
Search by group
You can also search by group. To do so, click on the down arrow near the Group selection to view the various User Groups, click on the group you wish to search, and then click on “Search".
Search by state
Each user in CommonGround is either active, inactive or destroyed. The default search parameter is for "active" users. You can filter to "inactive" or "any" if you would like to review users who have been deactivated or destroyed.
Adjust the number of results
Increase the number of search results displayed by clicking on the drop-down menu “Per page”.

Once you have populated the list you want, you can then work with the list to perform even more tasks. By clicking on the down arrow by someone’s name, you can bring up a contextual menu that allows you to link to various tasks, based on your specific permissions.
